New Patient Consultation & Certification – $139
Our Comprehensive Wellness Consultation includes:
A one-on-one medical telehealth evaluation with Lynn Grillo, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience.
Review of your health history, current concerns, and qualifying conditions.
A personalized care recommendation tailored to your needs.
Your first written certification, valid for one year in accordance with Virginia state law.
This consultation is designed to provide patients with a safe, supportive, and informative experience. Whether you are exploring new wellness options or seeking relief for a qualifying condition, we ensure that every patient leaves with the knowledge and documentation needed to move forward confidently.
Certification Renewal – $119
Our Renewal Consultation is available exclusively for existing patients or for those whose initial certification was issued by Lynn Grillo, FNP-BC. It includes:
A follow-up medical telehealth evaluation with Lynn Grillo, FNP-BC, to review your ongoing health and qualifying condition.
An update of your medical history and any changes since your initial certification.
A renewed written certification, valid for one year in accordance with Virginia state law.
This renewal option ensures a simple, supportive, and efficient process. By returning to the same trusted provider, you’ll benefit from continuity of care, professional guidance, and a streamlined certification experience.
